The University Post is editorially independent of the University of Copenhagen’s management, whose official point-of-view is available in Danish in KUmmentaren, the Rector’s Office’s regular column in the Debate section of the Danish site. The rest of the newspaper and website is edited in accordance with objective journalistic criteria and should not be seen as an expression of university management’s point of view or priorities.

The printed University Post is published with the Danish-language Universitetsavisen nine times a year, and is distributed via stands which are placed throughout the university. At the beginning and end of each semester, the paper is sent by post.
