Den 15. marts deltog 3procent-netværket fra Københavns Universitet i en landsdækkende protest mod nedskæringer på uddannelsesområdet.

Maskeret som enten Helge Sander eller Bertel Haarder var cirka 1000 mødt op til demonstrationen på Christiansborg slotsplads.

3procent-netværket har taget navn efter størrelsen på nedskæringerne på
Københavns Universitet de sidste ti år.
»Vi mærker nedskæringerne ved at der bliver mindre tid til undervisning,
færre vejledningstimer og større og større undervisningshold,« fortæller
Pernille Skipper, der er medlem af netværket til Politiken.

Videnskabsminister Helge Sander afviser at der bliver skåret tre procent i universiteternes bevillinger år for år. Men siger samtidig til Politiken at vi ikke kan leve med at de studerende oplever en forringelse af undervisningen.

Han lover at der vil blive tilført flere midler til universiteterne i de kommende år, men understreger at det er bestyrelserne der har ansvaret for at fordele pengene så de også kommer de studerende til gode.
