Presentation, presentation, presentation!

This is the main challenge in 'Stars with brains' 2012 competition held on the 'Day of Research' at a closed reception in the Ceremonial Hall at the University of Copenhagen. Ten PhD students from all over Denmark competed in having the most creative and understandable presentation of their project.

Each contestant had only three minutes for their presentation and had to make the thorough research understandable and catchy. After each presentation they received feedback from the judges and the winner was found from a text message vote by he audience.

In the audience were top scientists, management from the University of Copenhagen, Crown Princess Mary and the Minister of Education Morten Østergaard.

The presentations exceeded each other - including suprise musical performances and fluorescent fluids. Click the first picture to see the fun presentations.
