Research seminar by Associate Professor Emma Lundberg, SciLifeLab, KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden.
Emma's research is focused on spatial proteomics and cell biology. At the interface between bioimaging, proteomics and cell biology are fundamental aspects of human cell biology assessed using state-of-the-art microscopy in a systematic and proteome-centric manner. The aim is to understand how human proteins are distributed in time and space, how variations and deviations in localization can contribute to cell type specificity as well as disease.
Please note that the seminar will take place in the Haderup auditorium (building 20) from 11:00 to 12:00 on January 17.
Host: Professor Claudia Lukas.
The title of the seminar is "The Cell Atlas: a subcellular map of the human proteome".
