The traditional Danish Fastelavn festival was enacted by international students from all over the world

Students at the party on Sunday, February 14 had the chance to eat fastelavnsboller and make masks and branch bundles of fertility at the party's start. As the night went on, everyone took turns whacking the cat barrel full of candy until a Cat Queen and Cat King were crowned.

The event was put on by the Erasmus Student Network.

If you missed out on the fun, live vicariously through those who participated by going to our gallery here.

For fish, it is best to have no boss

Insects and fish have an uncanny ability to navigate in groups. And they do this with no clear leadership
