Hi, i ve been erasmus student 2 years ago, I have to state that i am from Slovakia, which you showed in statistic, has the highest grant possible. I have to make it accurate, I got 320, my fellow students from this year got 250, but i came to know students from other countries and my statistics are totally different, for ex. other uni from slovakia gave away around 660, czech 900, usa 1000, france 600, spain around the same, swedish .... so please make a correct statistic I would very much appreciate to know how the grants are divided

Dear Leasun,

Thanks for your comment! Our survey shows if anything the wide range of responses. We at the University Post would also appreciate accurate data on the size of Erasmus grants for different countries!

See the EU Commission's response to our query here.

Facts

Erasmus programme
EU programme that helps fund students in 31 European countries to study abroad for part of their degree.

For many, going abroad means moving to costly capitals and being forced into high-priced housing. The Erasmus grants are supposed to offset the extra costs.
