Head of EnGeRom department supports the protesters

Department head Jens Erik Mogensen has no problem with students blockading the entrances. He is pleased that his students are dedicated to their programme, he says to the University Post.

»We have seen the humanities grants reduced, forcing us to compete for funding to a greater degree. Lecturers have to run faster now; get more done in less time.«

Unable to get in to his office, Jens Erik Mogensen plans to spend his day talking and listening to the students and their concerns. »We are all in the same boat,« he says.
